About the Internet is that you can do such things as set up Google alerts for simple keywords -- like "racehorses" -- and your email will deliver notice of an overlooked Trollope novel, recommended by Jane Smiley, no less.

I too am a Trollope fan, but this one's fairly hard to find, unless you've got one of those Amazon Kindles.

I can't believe I'm admitting this: I love Trollope. Over a period of two years I read his entire Palliser series, and then over another year threw in a few more. And now Jane Smiley brings me another one! Via Railbird, no less ... talk about worlds colliding ...
